Organic Red Vinegar Cardamom and 3 Peppers

Red wine vinegar obtained from ripe organic grapes from the Agiorgitiko vineyard. A classic vinification without additives and under controlled temperature, gives birth to a wine with aromas of fruit and spices and a characteristic ruby color which is slowly transformed into vinegar. Whole cardamom and a mixture of three peppers (green, red and white) immersed in vinegar, will give it its aromatic bouquet and spicy taste. Ideal for marinades of red meats.
