Since 1919, we have been pastry chefs from father to son: Roger Forchy established himself in Yvetot, in the heart of the Pays de Caux, in Normandy as a Pastry Chef-Confectioner.
In 1952, his son Claude joined him. Today, his great-grandson Eric continues the tradition.
More than 100 years: the family history is already long!
