Our Beerenauslese, natural tea is a creation of the best black tea from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Assam (India), refined with elderberries, strawberry pieces and rose petals. 

The natural aroma rounds off this exceptional tea and gives it its refreshing and fruity note. 

When producing this tea, we attach great importance to the quality and freshness of the raw materials. 

We only use analyzed raw materials to ensure that our tea is free of pesticides and other chemicals. 

In our Gräfenhof tea factory in northern Germany, the tea is lovingly packaged by hand to ensure that every cup of tea offers a unique taste experience. 

The history of Beerenauslese goes back to the winemaking tradition in Europe. 

There, a Beerenauslese refers to a wine that is made exclusively from specially selected, noble-rotten berries. ÄSimilar to an ice wine or a Trockenbeerenauslese, the special approach results in an exceptional taste and a higher sugar content. 

We have transferred this principle to our Beerenauslese, of course tea. 

The elderberries and strawberry pieces are carefully selected and processed by hand. 

This means that only the finest berries are used for our tea and ensure an exceptional taste composition.
