Ginger, licorice root, lemongrass, lemon balm leaves, sage, rosemary, lavender flowers, thyme and rosemary oil - all of these ingredients have a long history when it comes to strengthening and nourishing the voice. 

Ginger and licorice root have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda to support and care for the voice. Ginger reduces inflammation and strengthens the immune system, while licorice root has a calming effect on the throat and vocal cords. 

Lemongrass has a cleansing and calming effect on the body, while lemon balm leaves and sage help against sore throats and inflammation. 

Rosemary and lavender flowers have a calming effect on the body and nervous system, while thyme and rosemary oil strengthen the immune system and help against infections.
