The Iratxo is produced according to a traditional recipe: with 240g of fruit per liter, steeped and macerated for several months. The ingredients are purely plant-based, the color comes naturally from the fruits. Classic and Modern Uses Pacharan is traditionally served chilled neat or over ice. It is also suitable for long drinks in combination with orange juice, peach nectar or Cava. For bar menus, variations such as “Mojito de Pacharán” with lime, mint and cane sugar are suitable.
