JACOLIVA CORIANA COLLECTION We are restless and innovative. In 2021 we planted more than 35.000 olive trees of the new variety, named Coriana, on the "El Gorronal" estate, N 6º00'36.8"W"00.5'40º14.  It was created by the University of Bari and is the daughter of the Spanish varietal Arbosana and the Greek Koroneiki, fusing the olive oil culture of the Mediterranean with R&D&I in the olive grove.  The climate and soil of northern Extremadura help this variety to enhance the magnificent chemical and organoleptic characteristics of its EVOO, with high fruitiness and medium spiciness.  This 100% Coriana EVOO contains more than 430 mg/kg of Polyphenols, well above the average of any Spanish EVOO, making it a very healthy oil.
