White tahini - white sesame puree, 5 kg bucket

White sesame or tahini is whole sesame shelled by us. This unique and original mechanical process uses neither salt nor chemical additives. Tahin retains practically all the nutritional qualities of whole sesame, apart from the silicon which is concentrated in the skin of the sesame. It is air-dried and then grinded. It naturally contains more lecithin than whole sesame, which makes it easily emulsifiable even in cold water and makes it very practical to use in the kitchen. Directions for use: the sesame puree can be spread plain or with a little honey. It is mainly used in cooking as a replacement for fresh cream. Recipe idea: Cucumbers with white sesame Cut two cucumbers into slices, and sprinkle with fine salt. Add a tablespoon of tahini and mix. Let stand for at least 15 minutes. After this resting time, mix again and add parsley.
