Traditional pot of mealworms - Thyme flavor

Our edible insect tasting jars offer mealworms raised in France (on our own farm) and fed with vegetable matter from local organic farming (from the village!). At the beginning appears a flavor of roasted cereals, the natural flavor of our mealworms which are fed with cereal bran, then comes a wave of thyme which judiciously accompanies the cereal base. Thyme is one of the best sellers and the most suitable for everyone (less divisive flavor). The choice of a glass jar makes it possible to have an elegant product, well preserved and which makes it possible to materialize insects which are quite light. A seal in the lid keeps the insects even after a first opening. The jar is sturdy enough for children who are very fond of mealworms. Use: aperitif, tasting, in salads or as a garnish on a cheese toast.
