Vavà – Baba with rum in a jar

When the classic coexists with innovation. A delicious Neapolitan babà with rum enclosed in an elegant jar with hermetic closure: this is our Vavà. Prepared according to the jar-cooking process, to preserve all the flavor of the classic babà in a jar. This technique allows the product to keep its organoleptic properties unchanged for 6 months, without the use of preservatives and at room temperature. The Vavà keeps the softness and fragrance of the dessert intact until it is opened, and can be transported or shipped without problems thanks to the hermetic closure. For the syrup we use a selected rum which enhances, without masking the original taste of the dough.
