New for 2021. Our bisque (or soup) is a traditional French soup cooking recipe, based on crab caught in the Morbihan golf course, white wine, spices and crème fraîche. Ingredients: Water, crab (used 33%), olive oil, ground fish (2.5%), leeks, carrots, onions, celery, Tomato concentrate - Salt –– Oil - Potato starch - White wine (presence of sulphite) –Spices and herbs (including pepper, thyme, rosemary, parsley, bay leaf, fennel, cayenne, saffron) Natural onion extracts and of garlic. Crustacean aroma, crème fraîche, salt. Average energy and nutritional values For 100g / ml energy 196kj -47kcal Fat 3.2g of which saturated fatty acids 0.7g Carbohydrates 1.1g Of which sugars 0.4g Protein 4.1g Salt 0.6g
