Olive sardines spiced with pickles (classic format)

4 to 6 sardines. Our recipe, prepared with olive oil and pickles, corresponds to a composition of condiments. Ingredients: fish sardines 85%, extra virgin olive oil 15%, natural aromatics (1 clove, 1 black pepper, 1 pieces of wild bay leaf from Quiberon, 1 slice of fresh lemon seeded by hand, 1 slice pickle, 1 slice of carrot and 1 small chili pepper bird pepper), salt. It is a slightly spicy and spicy treat (much weaker compared to the 3 chilli sardines).
