This recipe is exclusive to LA QUIBERONNAISE. * The organic farming regulations were amended in 2007 by Regulation (EC) No 834/2007. This regulation has been applicable since January 1, 2009. The changes have focused in particular on the labeling procedures for organic food. It is now possible for a foodstuff whose main ingredient is a product of fishing or hunting and containing organic ingredients to refer to organic farming.
