Rare Fish Box

Two exceptional preserves that pay homage to the most prized species of European trout, in a black box stamped La Truitelle. First of all, a recipe deliberately very lightly salted, to allow the brown trout, the only species of trout indigenous to the rivers of Europe, to express all its finesse. Then an original gastronomic research: the absolute subtlety of the flesh of the arctic char, queen species of salmonids native to the Alpine lakes, enhanced by pepper and Pyrenees fir vinegar produced by Abiès Lagrimus on the slopes of Canigou.
