Rougette de l’Ardèche is an emblematic variety born in the department bearing the same name. After the harvest taking place between November and December, the producers drop off the olives at Brin d’Olivier which is responsible for processing. It is a variety of resistant olives whose fruits take on a characteristic reddish color and which have notes of red fruits, cocoa, hay and almond. Net weight drained: 210g After opening, store in the refrigerator with as much liquid as possible and consume quickly.
