Our black tapenade is made in Provence using only French olives of the Tanche variety, which have been previously selected by Le Brin d’Olivier from local producers. They are made according to a traditional recipe combining olives, anchovies, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, Provence herbs and spices. To be enjoyed without moderation as an aperitif or to make delicious cooked dishes. After opening, store between 0 and +4°C and consume within 8 days.
