Duck confit from the South-West 6 gizzards

All our products are made from IGP Sud-Ouest ducks. Store at room temperature. Degrease, slice and heat in a pan, salt and pepper and serve on a green salad accompanied by a few tomatoes, asparagus and why not a slice of foie gras.
