Le Canard de Jules by Ferm’Adour is right in the heart of Chalosse in the Landes, a historical stronghold of fat duck production.
Recognized as a Quality Craftsman Producer by the Culinary College of France, José created his workshop in 2001 with the objective of a family-oriented structure (6 people) and to refocus on THE product. Our ducks are raised in the South-West and fed with corn produced in the region, which gives this beautiful ocher flow to our foie gras. They are as well worked in the kitchens of the Chefs, as on the tables of the most gourmets.
