Traditional vinification and long maceration of 3 weeks to extract silky tannins. Pressing and assembly. Aging 6 months in oak barrels to bring complexity. Tasting note: Purple and shiny dress Complex nose and toast with aromas of red fruits. Mouth balanced between aromas of fresh fruit and vanilla.
