The herbs for our fresh herb pestos - including our rocket - grow on our healthy fields, on the heights of the Spessart. They are naturally cared for and fertilized according to the criteria of our natural cultivation without manure and liquid manure, without chemical and animal fertilizers, without pesticides and thus develop a unique aroma. Putting fresh herbs in oil and thus preserving them requires a lot of care during processing. Our rocket is harvested by hand, gently chopped up and preserved in first-class olive oil and sunflower oil. During preparation, we make sure that the unique herbal scent and the full taste of fresh rocket are preserved. As a vegan pesto, our rocket pesto contains no parmesan or similar coarse cheese - high-quality ground almonds provide the "nutty" consistency instead.
