Our CARI-ROASTED ONION spice mix is a ready-to-use seasoning for your minced meat dishes such as sausages, keftas or meatballs. With a delicate blend of spices and roasted onions, the blend has the rich, exotic flavor of curry and the sweet sweetness of roasted onions. To use it, just add 40 gr of mixture for 1 kg of meat, flesh or stuffing. Then dilute the mixture in white wine or water, before incorporating it into the meat, and mix carefully. You can also use this spice blend as a marinade by adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to marinate your meat before cooking. This mixture is ready to use and is already dosed in salt.
