This Fleur de sel comes from a saltworks on the island of Noirmoutier in France. With its snow-white color, these are the most aesthetic crystals in the range. Thanks to its small regular grain, this fleur de sel allows great finesse in the mouth. Presented in its black case, this creation is inspired by the history of the name of the Ile de Noirmoutier.
