Raised in France by a collective from Brittany. The fillets received are deboned by hand before being salted with dry unrefined salt then smoked with beech wood. They are then cut into blocks and vacuum-packed. The cold smoked ORGANIC trout steaks can be enjoyed about fifteen minutes after removing them from the refrigerator, as an aperitif or starter.
