[BIO] ORGANIC trout in pavé (180 gr)

Raised in France. 
The fillets received are deboned by hand before being salted with dry unrefined salt then smoked with beech wood. 
They are then cut into blocks and vacuum-packed. 
The cold smoked ORGANIC trout steaks can be enjoyed about fifteen minutes after removing them from the refrigerator, as an aperitif or starter.   Product ready to consume. Consume at room temperature
