Le Fou - Burgundy Brandy

Made from distillation of Pinot Noir wines from Burgundy, our Brandy has been lightly aged for 8 months in 4 different barrels before being blended. We then left everything to rest for 8 months in vats and then reduced to spring water. This brandy will be ideal as a digestif and in a cocktail, like the Horses Neck! 45% / Vol
