Les Epices Lavandet Madagascar Bourbon vanilla comes from a small family farm in the Sava region of Madagascar. Its cultivation under shade, at an altitude of 800 meters, allows a slow maturation of the pods, for intensified flavors. The traditional methods of cultivation, without fertilizers or chemical treatments, the manual harvesting of the pods which have reached maturity, then their drying on bamboo racks, guarantee a 100% natural vanilla, with subtle and powerful aromas, tinged with floral and fruity notes. Our pods are category A1, according to the NF ISO 5565-1 standard.
