Its reputation is no longer to be proven; however, in recent years, many planters have been forced to shorten harvesting and ripening times to sell their production more quickly. Our partner only exports its pods after a complete refining of 6 months, which allows the pod to develop its full aromatic palette. Our "gourmet" quality vanilla comes exclusively from the Sambava region. Prepared in the traditional Bourbon way, its quality is coveted by the greatest pastry chefs and fine gourmets. It is characterized by its dark chocolate color, its fat and supple appearance, as well as its length of more than 17 cm.
