Champagne Brut Cuvée Signature Blanc de Blancs 'Gérard Lassaigne'

This cuvée has a beautiful pale yellow color with golden reflections. ANDadorned with a pleasant effervescence of fine bubbles.    The nose is complex and fresh.   Notes of citrus fruits can be identified, in particular of lemon, fresh almond, honey, plum and vineyard peach, as well as notes of white flowers.    The sip is thirst-quenching and offers a certain softness in its consistency.   There is a perfect balance between yellow fruit and citrus in the aftertaste.
