Sobacha means “buckwheat infusion” in Japanese 🇯🇵. It is a gourmet infusion with notes of hazelnuts without caffeine or theine and rich in minerals to drink hot or iced (infusion with cold water directly in this case) according to your taste, your mood and the weather. Buckwheat infusion is very often consumed by Japanese women before meals because it tends to increase satiety due to its richness in fiber. Japanese-inspired, our sobacha is French and organic 🌱. It is produced in Ariège from buckwheat grown in France. Our partner artisan learned in Japan the techniques of hulling buckwheat seeds since real Japanese sobacha is an infusion of hulled buckwheat seeds 🌾.
