French fruits, carefully chosen from regional producers, are processed by hand (pitted, peeled, zested), then cooked in a copper cauldron with brown cane sugar harvested on the beautiful island of Reunion. Potting is done entirely by hand to guarantee an incomparable richness in pieces of fruit. All of these recipes are free of artificial additives and preservatives. From the lid to the cardboard and labels, our suppliers are 100% French (and local wherever possible).p Plougastel strawberry jam is one of the great references in our range, the favorite of little ones who devour it with a teaspoon, immediately rediscovering the freshness and taste of this good sweet fruit!
