Our Wild Oregano comes from a small agricultural cooperative in northern Palestine, on the border with Galilee, focused on ecological sustainable development and fair trade principles. Its aroma is very intense and characteristic, which makes it an ingredient of choice for Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Wild Oregano can be used to enhance a simple burrata with a drizzle of olive oil and tomatoes. It is also an ideal herb to enhance all summer salads but also to add a generous pinch of oregano to pasta served with cherry tomatoes and olive oil. It is also widely used on pizzas!
