Mirabelle liqueur - 25° - 70 cl

Mirabelle plum liqueur is also a great classic in the Nusbaumer range. 

Fruit representing the East of France, this small yellow plum, speckled with pink, knows how to delight everyone's taste buds.   This liqueur is made by blending our high-proof Mirabelle eau-de-vie and concentrated fruit from Mirabelle plums from Lorraine. 

It is reduced to degree thanks to the Steige spring water; of great purity because it is naturally filtered by the Vosges schist; before cold filtration to perfect the manufacturing. Tasting notes: • Nose: fruity and fragrant, like ripe fruit • Mouth: sweet, the taste of the fruit and its stone are very present, with notes of honey and orange blossom • Final: round Usage tips : - Pure served at room temperature or over ice - In cocktails (Bellini with mirabelle plum) - In pastries (pies) - In the kitchen, to make a sauce with fruits accompanying meats (duck breast)
