Pickled Walnuts

Pickled walnuts have been a delicacy in England since at least the early 18th-century. Rich and dark, we use local apple cider vinegar infused with garden herbs and exotic spices which can then be used in salad dressing. Serving Suggestions: A classic accompaniment for cheese. Pickled walnuts are delicious in beef or venison casseroles along with a good measure of stout.
