Discover a must-have in our antipasti: capers! Our capers are very popular in Italy for their tangy taste and crunchy texture! Naturally sour and bitter, they are candied in a vinegar brine to balance the flavors. The flesh of these capers is very dense and firm. Well crushed, it can be integrated into different preparations such as vitello tonato or osso bucco Milanese. Harvested in the Puglia region by two artisan brothers, this condiment is actually the flower bud of the caper bush harvested just before it blooms. These capers are BRC food certified.
