An original version of bufala mozzarella, to vary the pleasures 🤩 Made by our caseificio Il Parco in San Giovanni Rotondo in Gargano, with buffalo milk from their breeding on site. Smoked mozzarella di bufala is a filata cheese made from fresh curdled buffalo milk and worked by hand. In the smoked version, it has an intense woody flavor. Its consistency is slightly firmer than classic bufala mozzarella and its crust has superb brown tones.  This smoked bufala mozzarella is offered to you in 500g packages with the formats: 1x500g, 25x20g, 5x100g. The packaging is 6 bags per package, or 3 kg per package. 17-day shelf life upon receipt at our warehouse (every Monday) **** Your orders must arrive by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday for delivery the following Wednesday via refrigerated transport at 4°C.
