Our Filetto Lardelatto is made from pork tenderloin. It is an excellent cut, very lean, on which the bacon is left to give it a subtle tenderness during maturation. Our Filetto is seasoned with Gargano herbs after deboning, lightly marinated in red wine, then tied. The Filetto Lardellato is gluten-free and is available in pieces of approximately 2.2 kg with a shelf life of 6 months. Price per kg: €36.3 excl. VAT - Sold by piece
