Green olive and almond recipe from Pourcel chefs - 100g

Chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel A great classic around the green olive, which pays homage to the famous tapenade, revisited with the Pourcel chefs: the crushed blanched almond finely softens the frank flavor of the green olive paste and adds a crunchy texture to this very tasty dough.   This creation inspired by tapenade and transformed into an olivade is one of the favorite olivades in the range due to its perfect taste balance: it is addictive!   Recipe developed in Provence with simple ingredients.
