SPRING WILDFLOWER HONEY (prevalence of acacia) 500 g

Oltresole Spring Wildflower Honey is an Italian artisan product. Like the common wildflower honey, this spring honey is produced from a multitude of flowers and therefore is not a monoflora. The Spring Wildflower, however, compared to the classic one, is made even more delicate by a strong presence of acacia which predominates over the other flowers contained (about 15%). It does not have the almond flavor and straw-yellow color of pure acacia but is still slow crystallization. It looks like something different from both wildflower and acacia to be tasted to grasp its particularity. It is excellent for those who do not appreciate honey with a strong and crystallized flavor and want a product that is always easily spreadable or dissolvable with a flavor that is not yet wildflower but a little richer than acacia. It can also be used in an unusual and happy combination with all fresh cheeses such as ricotta but also with cold cuts with lardo di colonnata in particular. PAIRING: Oltresole Spring Wildflower Honey thanks to its sweetness and delicacy coming from the Acacia flowers of which it is mostly made up is perfect with an intense cheese platter with a hint of spiciness such as Gorgonzola Provolone and Pecorino Romano or to flavor grilled vegetables meat and fish. For breakfast or for a snack between meals, it is an excellent sweetener for yogurt.
