Omnom is a bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturer based in Reykjavík, Iceland, founded in 2013 by Kjartan Gíslason and Óskar Þórðarson.
Omnom started out as a challenge with a desire to understand chocolate and how it was made from the ground up.
Koch Kjartan was already familiar with single-origin chocolate when he started experimenting with flavors and textures himself. He quickly received positive feedback and so he teamed up with his childhood friend Óskar and in a short time they set up a small production facility in a converted gas station in Reykjavík.
Together they bring the best cocoa beans from Madagascar, Tanzania and Nicaragua to Iceland and process them by hand into wonderful chocolates using many regional ingredients.
