OATS demeter (500 gr)

Oats have regulatory properties on blood sugar levels and also on blood cholesterol levels. 

Rich in proteins and lipids, oats have a beneficial effect on our nervous system. 

Oats also contain many antioxidants. 

Oat bran is a solution to intestinal transit problems; it also reduces the absorption of fats and sugars. 

RECIPE: Oats with shallots and vegetables: lightly brown a finely chopped shallot in a little sunflower oil. 

Dry fry 200g of oats for 1 minute. 

Add 1 time 1/2 its volume of boiling water with a cube of diluted plant extract, 2 turnips and a carrot cut into cubes.
