LARGE OATS demeter (25 kg)

Tasty oat flakes for a complete and balanced breakfast to start the day off right. They are an excellent source of energy and vitality. Steamed precooked oats are very convenient and easy to use. They are eaten at breakfast, added to soups, in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads. Vegan biscuits: 100g of flakes, 50g of rice flour, raisins, crushed walnuts and almonds, the zest of a lemon, water, 50ml of virgin sunflower oil. Mix everything to form a homogeneous paste. Model small balls, flatten them with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Bake at 180°.
