Pancake flour: tasty blend of wheat and buckwheat. RECIPE: CREPE FLOUR Dough for +/- 15 pancakes-175g flour, 6 eggs, 100g melted butter, 100ml dark beer, 200ml milk, salt. Mix the ingredients well and leave to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Cook in a pan. For sweet pancakes add 2 spoons of brown sugar and a little vanilla to the dough.
