OLEA SALBO olive oil is extra virgin of superior quality. Coming from biodynamic agriculture, it is obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes. The oil offered comes from olive trees grown in Tunisia, rich in millennia-old Mediterranean know-how. Fruity, it goes with all your dishes and salads. This oil is perfect for daily consumption (cooking and seasonings). The olives are picked by hand. With a group of Tunisian farmers, we managed to certify an area of more than 1000 hectares in organic cultivation. Despite the challenge of Tunisia's semi-arid climate, biodiversity has been promoted using the latest technologies.
