This is a mix of wholemeal flour and type 0 flour. Wholemeal flour gives the dough an unmistakable color and rustic flavour. The dry yeast is in a sachet (12g), included in the package: simply mix it with the mix, add 300ml of water, knead, bake and you're done! The recipe is ideal for 1 40cm x 30cm - h 2cm pan. Produced in Italy by Molino Rossetto, a family business that has been handed down through the generations since 1760.
