Our Grand Cru is the result of our work with olive grower Takis Gouzos. Our olive groves are located near Kalamata, in the south of the Peloponnese. For this production, we work on a plot basis and each oil is identified according to its terroir and its harvest date. Vintage unfiltered olive oil, only one Grand Cru available per year. Acidity of less than 0.3%
