Rívesci started as a food truck by husband and wife team Declan and Shannon in 2019 but are now international award winning condiment makers. Developed by Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone Rívesci have won 'Great Taste Awards' 2021 and 2020 from the Guild of Fine Food UK for their condiments and have also been awarded 'Best in Ireland 2022' by the McKenna's Guides.
