30% of all cultivated fruit & vegetables are thrown away. That's crazy! We rescue fruit & veggies which otherwise would be wasted. Fruit & veggies that don’t fit into corporate mass production. In our hands, the goodies turn into great chips & juice. We check, sort and wash each of them. Bruised parts are cut off. The different kinds vary depending on the season, which means flavours vary too. When we have rescued all we can, we fill in with fruit & veggies from our fruit rescuing friends. Nothing is wasted. The small leftovers turn into the best kind of soil, so that new fruit & veggies can grow again.
