Saicho is a single origin sparkling tea brand. Setting a new trend with its prestigious cold-brewed sparkling teas that speak the language of wine, Saicho offers an elevated way to enjoy non-alcoholic drinking and dining with its pioneering Champagne-like teas that promote as much nuance, flavour and provenance as premium wines.



Each tea has been selected from specific regions and harvested at a certain time to create varying acidities, sweetness and mouthfeel that complement certain foods and flavours. Each individual tea is cold brewed for 24 hours, to extract the most delicate and complex flavours. The teas are then finely balanced by a hint of sweetness and dash of acidity. As a finishing touch, sparkling the drink enhances the flavour of the tea.



Darjeeling is a black tea from the foothills of the Himalayas and has captivating notes of fresh mandarin, ginger, wood spice as well as gentle, dry tannins. It is the perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken or a hearty lasagne.



Hojicha is made with roasted Sencha green tea from Japan. Its savoury profile is rooted in notes of nori seaweed, roasted hazelnut as well as dry and woody tannins. The umami character of the tea means it works well with foods such as sushi or mushroom risotto.



The Champagne-like Jasmine sparkling tea – made with green tea from the mountains of Fujian province – boasts a delicate, floral aroma with notes of apple sherbet, lychee and vanilla. It pairs perfectly with spicy Asian salads or desserts like peach melba or elderflower jellies.
