Sessa Tartufi Bianchetto Truffle Butter has a straw yellow color and a creamy consistency with slices of Bianchetto truffle inside. Thanks to its versatility in the kitchen, it can be used for hors d'oeuvres on warm croutons or for creaming first courses such as risotto, stuffed pasta and tagliatelle. Ideal brushed to flavor roast meats. Ingredients: Clarified butter, Bianchetto truffle (Tuber Albidum pico), White truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), flavouring, salt.
