
The Murgia Barese grapes are processed in an artisanal way, following the ancient traditional recipe. Selected and washed carefully, they are cut into small pieces and macerated with sugar and lemon juice for a whole night. Then cooked over low heat until boiling. The jam obtained is put into jars without the addition of any preservative, thickener and/or coloring. Every single jar is finally pasteurized STORAGE: Once opened, the jar must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of +0/+4°C and consumed within a few days.
