Our stick pepper from Cambodia is an absolute pepper rarity. In terms of taste, the long pepper impresses with its fine, very hot aroma on the tongue and slightly nutty, sweet nuances on the finish. It goes perfectly with meat dishes, pasta, soups and strong sauces, but also over fruit salads and coffee specialties. If you break it into small pieces, it is also suitable for use in a grinder. Otherwise you can finely grind it with a nutmeg grater.
