White Kampot pepper grows on our partner farm in the Kampot region in the extreme south-east of Cambodia, directly on the Indian Ocean. This white pepper not only has an absolutely pure pepper aroma but also a light citrus note. The high manual and time effort to extract the white Kampot pepper was worth it! It goes with everything - not just what is light: sauces, vegetable pans, poultry, fish etc. A small pinch in the tea or coffee, in the fruit salad or in the turmeric latte brings a pleasurable, sharp heat - similar to ginger.
